Here is a list of some of the extra measures we are taking to offer your staff and patrons have piece of mind, knowing that they are in a clean and sanitary facility.

• High Maintenance Cleaning Inc. Stickers placed on main entrance doors to remind your staff and patrons the facility is cleaned and disinfected daily

• Gloves are worn for the duration of cleaning the building, and replaced after cleaning/disinfecting the bathrooms
• All touch points (Includes key boards and phone receivers), flat surfaces, and doors are cleaned then disinfected, using the proper dwell time recommended by the manufacturer
• All our disinfectant solutions are hospital grade, diluted to manufacturer specs
• Exterior entrance door knobs disinfected daily
• Arm rests and seats disinfected daily

• We offer mid day services in which our staff will come in to perform a mid day cleaning and disinfecting

• High Maintenance Cleaning Inc. is also happy to provide you with Disinfectants, gloves, masks, and any other supplies you may need,  but are unable to find yourself
• All of our tools are cleaned and disinfected daily
• Your cleaning closet (Supply closet) is cleaned and disinfected daily
• Cleaning cloths are replaced daily, ensuring clean materials are used daily to reduce the spread of germs and bacteria
• We use a colour coded, microfiber cleaning system to ensure there is no cross contamination (Orange- Toilets only, Yelow- Bathroom fixtures, Green- Spray and wipe/disinfecting, Blue-Glass)
